Dr. Chaoqin Zhai received her PhD degree from the Building Performance and Diagnostics program at Carnegie Mellon University and bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University. She is a USGBC LEED Faculty, a Committee Member of China Green Building Council and Technical Reviewer of Beijing Green Building Certification Projects, and a member of ASHRAE and ASME. She is also a committee member of Energy Conservation and Solar Buildings of ASME Solar Energy Division. Dr. Zhai is the Technical Director of EMSI, responsible for technical solution development in green building consulting and energy services.
