LEED™ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is the official rating system of the U.S. Green Building Council. This certification recognizes those green buildings that meet rigorous performance standards established by the Council. EMSI is well versed in the LEED™ Green Building Rating System. We have broad experience with LEED™ and are adept at providing design and engineering recommendations, necessary analysis, as well as focusing the documentation requirements for LEED™ in such a way as to support and expedite the work of the entire project team.

EMSI will assist the owner in obtaining LEED™ certification with minimal cost increment ( for owner ). We have applied the LEED™ grading system for energy standard and environmental design in over 300 architectural projects and adopted LEED™ certification procedures for management in many projects.
