2015/4/29 EMSI Holds Green Building Technology Seminar with Bureau of Housing & Urban-rural Construction in Kunshan city

Bureau of Housing & Urban-rural Construction in Kunshan and EMSI jointly held the Green Building Technology Seminar on April 29th, 2015. An in-depth discussion was held on potential cooperation in the field of green building.

 

 

Director and CPC Committee Secretary, Bureau of Housing & Urban-rural Construction in Kunshan, Shen Changgen and Executive Director of UTC, Asia enterprise accounts and integrated solutions & Managing Director of EMSI, Ronnie Zheng both gave a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. Mr. Shen was looking forward to developing a closer cooperation between UTC and Bureau of Housing & Urban-rural Construction in Kunshan city.

 

 

The seminar attracted over 130 practitioners from various field of green building industry, including real estate developers, design institutes, equipment suppliers and so on.

 

Three professional technical experts from EMSI: Yang Yang, Zhai Chaoqin and Qin Weimo introduced green building standards, policies and case studies, shared experiences and lessons learnt during their work for green building on LEED certification system, Chinese Green Building Label certification system and Sustainable design & Commissioning, which was well received by all in attendance.
