From October 23rd to 24th, the 3rd Greenbuild China Conference and Expo hosted by U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) was held in Shanghai. Greenbuild China is an influential platform for the development of China’s green building industry. During the event, USGBC explored trends in green buildings and recognized organizations for leadership in sustainability.
At the Leadership Awards Luncheon, Mahesh Ramanujam, USGBC & GBCI Global President and CEO, and Andy To, North Asia Managing Director, awarded EMSI the Certificate of Honor in recognition and appreciation for our leadership as in promoting the development of LEED and sustainability.
As a comprehensive and influential green building evaluation standard, LEED certification promotes the sustainable performance of projects from design, construction to operation. 3 LEED platinum projects completed by EMSI in 2019 were also celebrated: Foxconn Headquarters Shanghai, Zhong Wang Tower (Meritus Properties Headquarters Office) and Baoshang Bank Building.
